The man on the right is Robert Altman. He’s the CEO of Zenimax Media and one of the co-founders. Lynda Carter is his wife. Robert in the 90′s was wrapped up in a BCCI scandal that essentially boils down to him laundering money for the saudis. BCCI apperantly was also wrapped up in arms and drug smuggling. Robert would have been locked up for decades if not for his cushy government connections.
Robert has been pushing, even resorting to threats of physical violence(if the bethesda leaker is to be believed, which i will because i need a badguy) to implement lootboxes into Bethesda games. Perk cards in 76 are speculated to be lootbox drops, but hastily re-worked after the EA child gambling scandal last year.
Robert Altman is the reason a power armor paint job costs $18.00 in fallout 76. There’s your bastardman. Todd Howard is a good boy and just wants to make videogames.
